UK STANDARD DELIVERY (Free) 

Deliveries will typically be made within 2-3 working days after an order is placed. Please allow an additional working day if your delivery period falls over a bank holiday. UK Standard Delivery is FREE.

• Orders will be delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 48. A tracking number will be emailed to you after placing your order.
• Where possible we will try to send your goods in a large letter size package that does not require signature on receipt. However, depending on the size and weight of package other methods of delivery may be necessary. We will contact you in the event that receipt of your package requires signature. If you are unable to take receipt the carrier will notify you advising how you can collect your package or arrange redelivery.

UK EXPRESS DELIVERY (£4.95)

Deliveries will be made within 1-2 working days after you place your order. Please allow an additional working day if your delivery period falls over a bank holiday. We will aim to ensure that all orders received before 3pm (UK) will be received the next working day. The cost of UK Express Delivery is £4.95.

• Orders will be delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 24. A tracking number will be emailed to you after placing your order.
• Where possible we will try to send your goods in a large letter size package that does not require signature on receipt. However, depending on the size and weight of package other methods of delivery may be necessary. We will contact you in the event that receipt of your package requires signature. If you are unable to take receipt the carrier will notify you advising how you can collect your package or arrange redelivery.
• Please note that Express Delivery is not available for the following postcodes: AB31, AB33 - 38, AB44, AB45, AB51-56, BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, ZE. Non-eligible postcodes may be subject to further change.

INTERNATIONAL – EUROPE (£4.25 (single item only)

European deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail International Standard. For Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria and Luxembourg delivery will typically be made within 4-6 working days from order depending on your location.

For the rest of Europe delivery will typically be made within 5-7 days from order depending on your location. The cost of delivery for a single item within Europe is £4.25. For multiple item orders please contact us for a delivery quotation.

• Unfortunately we cannot offer tracking on International Standard postage. However if you wish to receive tracked postage please contact us and we will be happy to provide a quotation. Where possible we will try to send your goods in a large letter size package that does not require signature on receipt. • Once your parcel has arrived in your country it will be passed on to an internal postal service. We will contact you in the event that receipt of your package requires signature. If you are unable to take receipt the carrier will notify you advising how you can collect your package or arrange redelivery.
• Please be aware that your parcel can be delayed by customs. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will take to pass through this process.

INTERNATIONAL - REST OF THE WORLD (£6.65 (single item only)

Rest of the World Deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail International Standard. Delivery will typically be made within 7-12 working days from order depending on your location. The cost of overseas delivery for a single item is £6.65. For multiple item orders please contact us for a delivery quotation.

• Unfortunately we cannot offer tracking on International Standard postage. However if you wish to receive tracked postage please contact us and we will be happy to provide a quotation. DELIVERY TO BFPO

Shipping to BFPO addresses is available using our standard delivery option. Please ensure that all BFPO addresses are registered as UK. Royal Mail will then deliver the parcel to the British Forces Post Office in London, where it will become the responsibility of the British Forces to deliver your parcel to the correct location.
