RETURNS POLICY


We hope that you enjoy your Poouch product and will not need to return an item. If however you are not satisfied with your item or it is no longer required please email us at support@poouch.com detailing your full name, order number and delivery address. Please state ‘Return Request’ and your Order Number in the title bar of the email. 


The terms of our Returns Policy are as follows:

  • Items returned within 60 days of receipt by Poouch Limited will receive a full refund, provided that:
  • The returned item(s) must be received in original condition (unused, unsoiled and unwashed).
  • Any product tags must be attached, and the item(s) returned in the original packaging.
  • All goods are the buyers responsibility until they reach our returns address. They will be inspected on return, and any items in an unsuitable condition will unfortunately have to be sent back. For your protection, we recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. 


Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund on goods returned after 60 days from receipt. We are also unable to reimburse the buyers cost for returning goods to Poouch Limited, except where the goods received from Poouch are faulty.



RECEIVING FAULTY ITEMS:


We always seek to maintain a high standard of quality for our goods and we strive to ensure that you never have to return a faulty Poouch supplied product. If you have received a faulty item however, or you’re unhappy with the quality of your received goods, please do not hesitate to send an email to support@poouch.com with a description of the fault and image of the item as an attachment and we will seek to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

 


OUR RETURNS PROCESS:


Once we receive an email requesting a return we will notify you by email as soon your refund has been processed. We will endeavour to check and process your refund as quickly as possible but please allow up to 14 days from receipt by Poouch Limited. 

If you have not received an email within 21 days of returning your items, please contact us again at support@poouch.com. Providing your original order number, details of the items returned and any delivery reference numbers will help us assist you faster.

Any refund will automatically be credited to the payment card, PayPal account or other method used to make the original payment. Times differ depending on the method of payment but refunds usually take up to 48 hours from us processing it with your payment provider.

 

Please note the following:

  1. All return postage charges are the Customer's liability.
  2. We will refund postage/ shipping costs if there is a fault with the product. However, we cannot accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred when returning non-faulty items.


Any return not complying with these terms will be rejected. However, this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
